McKinley is looking to hire a Managing Director to lead a region of its Institutional Residential Real Estate division.

Directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your team will consist of Regional Directors and Community Managers that would report to you as well as a Facilities leader and a Sales and Marketing leader. You wil learn how we operate and succeed in our multifamily business as hands on owner-operators.

Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree in Real Estate Marketing, Finance, or Planning preferred. MBA degree a plus.
Ten years of progressive multifamily experience, strong understanding of acquisitions. Knowledge of LIHTC projects preferred.
Strong analytical, verbal and written skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office application with advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to interact and coordinate with executive management as well as real estate brokers, consultants and clients regarding acquisition activities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a Team Player.
Self-starter, proactive and creative, takes initiative and addresses issues.
High level of Integrity.
A passion for working hard, developing people, and accepting only excellent results.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
