We have an exciting position open for a Regional Talent Management People & Career Development Specialist. This position is a critical member of the Global Talent Management Center of Expertise and responsible for driving within the assigned region Talent Management process integrity, excellence, and efficiency through deep expertise and application of leading practices. Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Management, helps Management Teams and respective HR Business Partners in a variety of Talent Development processes (like People Councils, People Reviews, Succession Planning, Individual Development Planning as well as yearly Performance Management campaigns) as well as employees for their personal and professional growth.
This is how your journey begins:
Within the assigned region, supporting business stakeholders and HRBPs to provide a full service of talent and career development solutions:
Ensuring that yearly succession planning and people review processes (including quarterly talent review updates) are conducted across all corporate/segment functions and within the region
Coordinating the annual performance management cycle, making sure it is conducted properly at the site and regional level
Providing a broad range of career development consultative services using the full set of development tools to effectively address business and employees requests (e.g., IDPs, Talent Assessments, Assignments, Professional Career Interviews, coaching, mentoring, INSIGHTS, EI360s, Diversity Equity and Inclusion facilitation and leadership support, etc.)
Collaborates with
regional Learning and Development team related to identification and/or facilitation of various Corporate University standard and/or on demand programs.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion leadership to lead and/or support various DE&I initiatives within regions as assigned, including workshop facilitation and other training activities.
with business leaders and HR BPs for development and execution of assigned career progression path options, promoting employee growth opportunities that align with business needs.
GTR for alignment with job leveling/architecture initiatives.
Evaluates and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of regional people development activities, meeting identified KPIs and proactively identifying talent trends internally with external benchmarking as needed.
Align and coordinate with other key Talent Management pillars to ensure full-service effectiveness to meet business needs.
What you will bring on the journey
Education:
Bachelor's Degree minimum (MBA preferred)
Experience:
  • 5
    years experience in either talent management or as HR generalist with some focus in talent management
    Leadership experience, including role of HR Business Partner preferred
    Experience working regionally / cross culturally and in a matrix environment
    Experience interacting with regional leadership teams, including serving as a credible and trusted advisor to the business and HR on effective performance and retention strategies.
    Skills:
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with experienced Talent Mgmt. practitioner mindset; combined with strong tactical implementation skills to execute, leading others through influence
    Good understanding of the business and Aptar culture, willing to challenge within all levels
    Persuasive communicator with strong presentations skills, including the ability to challenge and offer additional solutions
    Talent analytics capability, including knowledge to interpret data identifying trends and patterns to resolve issues and meet goals; to drive the support and spread of a data driven talent approach
    Ability to conduct talent gap analysis compared to strategic business needs leading to identification/ execution of solutions
    Strong understanding and advocacy of TM processes, tools, and overall methodology
    Open minded, agile, and creative problem solver
    Strong collaboration and networking skills at all levels leading to results
    Proven ability to effectively communicate with top leadership, peers, and team members at all levels within the organization building cross functional relationships.
    Strong planning and organizational skills to work in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to manage multiple complex needs and priorities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
