Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer and account data into the company database accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
Process orders, invoices, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and access to information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, customer service, or related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
