We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, customer service, and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members - Coordinate projects and schedules to ensure timely completion - Perform proofreading tasks for various documents - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documentation as needed Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in a dental office or similar setting is a plus - Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping - Strong project coordination abilities - Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of office management practices - Proficient in proofreading for accuracy - Exceptional customer service skills Job Types:
