Job Description:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team at an innovative urgent care start up.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our urgent care facilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients while maintaining operational excellence.
Prior experience opening an urgent care facility preferred!
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage and optimize the daily operations of multiple urgent care facilities, including staffing, patient flow, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Staff Management:
Train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through operational efficiencies and service expansion.
Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts, procure equipment and supplies, and ensure the smooth functioning of all operational processes.
Technology Integration:
Leverage technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and improve data management and reporting capabilities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.
Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in an urgent care setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and achieving measurable results.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
