This 1,414-bed hospital serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America.
We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 50,000 inpatients each year.
The role you'll contribute:
Supports activities of the Global Missions warehouse.
Activities include receiving, sorting, packaging, evaluating and shipping of warehouse items.
Performs routine duties of sorting, picking and packaging supplies.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Sorts and categorizes equipment as to usable, repairable or unusable.
If equipment is unusable, determines if it is recyclable and disposes equipment appropriately.
Identifies supplies and unit of measure.
Picks the right supplies and quantity as requested.
Verifies the order on the computer and labels the order.
Helps maintain clean aisles and work area.
Opens supply boxes and stocks shelves Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
