Honolulu, HI Responsibilities You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SOC including development of documentation such as operating procedures, playbooks, event handlers, notification and escalation procedures, shift management, incident response, threat intelligence, collection, and reporting of metricsMust be able to supervise a diverse team of Security Analysts who provides dedicated monitoring and analysis for the company SOC operationsRequirements 5
years of IT advanced experience in Networking, Server administration, or desktop support or similar technical role in large scale environments (500
endpoints) required5
years of experience in information security with at least 3 years managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) required2
years of experience managing and responding to audit requests (Big 4 accounting firms or financial services experience preferred) required5
years of experience being on-call and managing teams of on-call personnel requiredPreferred Security and Technical Certifications:
CISSP, CCSP, CISCO, Microsoft, AWS, and/or other related Cybersecurity certificationsBachelors degree in an information technology related field or equivalent work experience requiredAbout CGS Business Solutions:
