The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated work history in H/R with progressive accomplishment and advancement.
Will have the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work with a high degree of confidentiality.
Responsibilities Payroll and hours tracking, administer compliance programs such as E-verify, process background checks, benefit enrollment forms and verify employment information.
Will create and update records such as worker compensation insurance claims, vacation accruals, and conduct onboarding for new hires.
Recruitment activity includes contacting applicants to screen and schedule appointments.
Will work with local Placement and Temporary agencies to ensure top talent for positons to be filled.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Proven experience with an employment record of progressively increasing H/R responsibilities and advancement.
Skills Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Job Type:
