Job Description:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting the work of the HR department, including providing organization, streamlining departmental processes and functions, and administrative duties.
The HR Administrator responsibilities ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and output for the HR Department.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send documents for email and/or signature Assist employees with inquiries around pay statements, benefits, and time off Organize, update, and track employee databases and HR files Update employee information and staff PTO and vacation requests in ADP Coordinate and schedule meetings and trainings for the HR department Assist HR team with tasks as requested to support their work Assist administrative departments with requests Complete other administrative tasks for staff members, the HR department, and Executive Leadership Team Perform related work as required and other duties as assigned Qualifications and
Experience:
Applicants must share a strong commitment to Florida Rising's mission and be able to draw others into Florida Rising work.
1-2 years experience or equivalent in a Human Resources and/or Administration capacity.
ADP administrator experience is beneficial, but not required Intermediate experience in email and calendar management Intermediate experience with Google Suite and Adobe Self-motivated; ability to take initiative and to manage multiple projects; and ability to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team to advance the mission/goals of the organization.
Ability to interact with and understand people of various social, cultural, economic, and education backgrounds.
Fluency in English is required, and capacity in Spanish or Haitian Creole is beneficial.
