We are looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our lease-up team for a brand-new community in the Orlando Universal area.
Job Description Our Leasing Consultants will be the front-line person(s) to interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy.
This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and completing daily follow-ups with prospects.
You will also have the opportunity to utilize marketing skills by monitoring social media and web presence and working with the Marketing Manager to execute a strategy to build brand awareness and generate market presence, create and foster relationships with area businesses, and be active on social media.
Job Responsibilities Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
Provide top-notch customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material.
Update periodically.
Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of Community Manager.
Shop competition regularly.
Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community.
Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.
Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2
years in a leasing role strongly preferred Entrata and Lease-Up experience a plus! Weekend availability is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
