Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Lead generation Lead follow up Set appointments Execute appointments Close sales Database and CRM mastery Sales scripts mastery Good communication
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Real estate license Great communication Commission opportunity Team player Sales experience About Company Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
