Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform CSB/SC checks (customer service bulletins/service checks) on all out of service vehicles Verify complaints on out of service vehicles Triage and organize the out of service vehicles Required Experience High School Diploma Minimum of 6 months prior automotive retail experience in an automotive shop environment with customer service experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work various hours/days - need to be open to nights /weekends.
Weekends are a definite and need to be open to changing hours Ability to work outdoors for a majority of the shift - 75% of shift spent working outdoors Physical requirement - walking, maneuvering in and out of vehicles Computer skills - basic MS Excel skills required.
