Director, Food & Beverage/Merchandise Pricing (Paid Membership Site) - Confidential (Kissimmee, FL)
Responsibilities Develop the strategic vision and driving associated tactics to enable innovative pricing strategies for Food & Beverage and Merchandise products and services that drive profitability based in consumer insights and analytics Lead the day to day Food & Beverage revenue management for all domestic WDP&R Food & Beverage outlets Create annual and promotional pricing recommendations for all Food & Beverage and Merchandise products and services Motivate a high performing team of 40 to continue to enhance analytics and business insights to improve pricing decisions Develop Pro Forma and Post Mortem analysis of pricing initiatives Gain consensus and present recommendations to senior leadership Engage and collaborate with a diverse set of clients, partners and stakeholders to understand issues, formulate innovative pricing solutions Facilitate an inclusive culture that exhibits integrity, collaboration, empowerment and trust Basic Qualifications 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in an analytical based role Executive presence with exceptional ability to influence to drive to decisions Demonstrated success and passion in leading and developing teams; strong capability to lead so that people choose to follow Proven track record of developing strategies and executing tactics Proactive communicator and relator who can interface effectively at all levels in the organization Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated strong presentation and facilitation skills Demonstrated excellence in client/partner relationship skills Preferred Qualifications Proven experience with a globally recognized retail or food and beverage organization in Pricing and Revenue Management Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field Source:
