Resort Front Desk Clerk (Vista Cay by Millenium) (Vista Cay Resort - Orlando)
Job Requirements perform any combination of following duties:
Makes and confirm reservations.
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
Answers inquiries pertaining to management companies services; registration of guests Assist with shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computer.
Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
Post charges, such as room and fees for extras manually or using computer.
Assist guests with late night basic Maintenance needs Audit OTA reservation and commissions owed Sort and pay resort bills such as telephone and power.
Perform all general office procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior Front Desk or Night Audit experience desired.
Must type 45 wpm (minimum), Have courteous and professional telephone skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Working knowledge of Property Plus PMS, Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred.
High School diploma required.
Must be able to work various days & shifts.
