FRONT DESK MANAGER FOR HOTEL

Primary job responsibilities include:
Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times.
Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
Registering guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
Handling of money, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit; post all charges; completes cashier's report Ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Job Requirements Education/
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Inn Time experience preferred.
prior Hotel Front Desk and Night Audit experience required.
(Minimum one year) Skills:
Reliable, honest, dependable and detail oriented Excellent customer service skills, enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate personal computer and calculator:
Ability to compile facts and figures.
Ability to multitask.
Telephone and guest relations etiquette.
Basic knowledge of accounting operations and mathematical skills Professional appearance, personal hygiene Willingness to learn Working Conditions:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
