Part-Time Espresso Brand Specialist SUMMARY MCG has an exciting opportunity for you to represent a Leader in Espresso systems.
As a Brand Specialist you will create excitement and an enhanced customer experience around brewing the perfect espresso.
The Espresso Brand Specialist is responsible for educating consumers on all aspects of our client's product (Features & Benefits, Machine Use, and How to make the perfect espresso all while closing the sale).
Additional responsibilities include:
creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for the customers, collecting customer feedback, maintaining sales goals and effective selling techniques, and product training.
Must work weekends 10am-3pm Has direct consumer sales experience, (retail sales a must).
Is professional looking and energetic.
Can drive sales and become a talented and knowledgeable barista.
Must have EXCELLENT communication skills.
Must be able to upload photos.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Details:
They are highly compensated with a base hourly starting at $15 per hour based on experience, coupled with monthly sales incentives/commission programs & product discounts for an unlimited earning potential.
