Digital Publishing (File Processing and CSR)
COVER LETTER REQUIRED Job Purpose:
In this position, you will perform file-processing functions that support the creation of digital publications.
This role supports the customer service operation as both a technical problem solver and front line support representative.
Duties:
The uploading, processing, editing and creating of digital files and documents.
Analyzing files and documents for accuracy.
Locating and correcting of processing errors.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Performing quality assurance testing for all digital files and documents.
Strong Excel experience is a must.
Abilities:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong Excel Spreadsheet knowledge Proficient with Apple or MS applications.
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and performance Wages and Compensation:
This is a non-exempt hourly position that offers full benefits upon successful completion of the introductory period.
