Are you a highly motivated, seasoned child care professional experienced in all aspects of operating a licensed child care facility? This proactive leader will oversee all operational needs of the school and will strive to develop strong relationships with families.
They will be responsible for enrollment, quality control, program delivery, parent relations, and licensing.
Desired Skills and Experience BA/BS in ECE a plus; four year degree preferred Proven leadership experience Knowledgeable of compliance with all federal and state licensing policies and regulations Organized and able to prioritize and oversee multiple projects with owners on site Marketing and good communication (oral and written) experience High level of computer skills Team player Task driven Source:
