ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Level 1 CNC Grinder 2) Perform Basic inspection measurements 3) Make basic program and wheel Offsets 4) Maintain Production Machines 5) Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Space 6) Take Reliable Notes 7) Manually Jog All Machine Axis Safely Level2 CNC Grinder PLUS PRIOR LEVEL SKILLS 2) Dress respective Grinding Wheels 3) Set:
Up, Inspect, Produce Good First Piece and Run Production on All Standard Endmills.
Level 3 Programmer (MUST ALSO POSSESS PRIOR LEVEL SKILLS) 1) Create Master Programs for all Standard and Modified Standard Endmills.
2) Set:
Up, Inspect, Produce Good First Piece and Run Production on drills, keyway cutters, dovetail cutters and reamers.
3) Make basic program and wheel Offsets to drills, keyway cutters, dovetail cutters and reamers.
Level 4 Programmer (MUST ALSO POSSESSPRIOR LEVEL SKILLS) 1) Set:
up, Inspect, Produce Good First Piece and Run Production on any complex form tool, complex drill, complex reamer.
Level 5 Programmer (MUST ALSO POSSESSPRIOR LEVEL SKILLS) 1) Set:
Up, Inspect, Produce Good First Piece and Run Production on ANY Job that within machine capabilities.
2) Create Master Programs for ANY cutting tool within software capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or General education degree (GED); Or 6 months industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE
Experience:
Must be very comfortable navigating any Windows based computer program.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing 90 percent of the day, some bending into the machines and lifting heavy trays of blanks and tools.

Noise level is moderate to loud, occasional oil leak or spill, slip resistant shoes are required.
