ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting Human Resources functions to include Pre:
employment Screening, Employment Verification and New Hire Processing.
Administers pre:
employment requirements (Drug Test/Background Check).
Verify credentials of all licensed clinical staff.
Ensure credentials meet qualification requirements.
Submit credentialing application to insurance companies.
Perform data entry into Human Resource Information System (People Trak and ADP).
Knowledge of ADP preferred.
Educate new hires on the Agency policy and procedures.
Assist with coordinating the Agency's new:
employee orientations program.
Maintain personnel files and ensure accuracy of all required documents.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Conducts regular file audits for accuracy and completion.
Verifies personal and employment verifications for all new hires.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
