Responsibilities:
Assist every day walking customers that are looking to purchase any type of floor.
Hardwood; Laminate; Porcelain or CeramicTile, carpet, to replaced at their house; or simply carry out.
Handle every sales, and follow up with the customer from beginning of the purchaseduntil the end of the installation.
Keep store in tip:
top shape.
Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor area.
Follow all company procedures and policies faithfully.
Follow all company procedures and policies faithfully.
Execute all transactions quickly and accurately.
Recommend selections that meet the customers needs, and emphasize selling points of items such as quality, utility, versatility, etc.
Place new merchandise on display; re:
stock merchandise as it is depleted, assist with stock inventory; assist in keeping pricing current on floor merchandise.
Communicate positively with store team members, customers, team player, enthusiastic, energetic, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience a must :
retail sales is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of computer service experience.
Excellent knowledge of PC, Notebook and Server.
Proven ability to meet sales goals.
Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi:
task.
Strong communication and follow:
up skills.
Technical abilities, PC and Internet literacy.
The ability to be assertive and professional in greeting and attracting passive consumers as well as show initiative in follow:
up calls and sales activities during non:
peak times.
