Visual Merchandising Supervisor This position will report to:
o Visual and Directives Manager for Retail Key Responsibilities Include:
o Follow company merchandising standards Display and rework product in accordance to company standards o Replenish merchandise onto sales floor o Take direction from visual and directives manager o Maintain an organized stockroom o Supervise a team of 5-7 employees Key Skill Requirements:
o Previous retail experience in merchandising and supervising a must o Comfortable on ladders and able to perform moderate to heavy lifting o Able to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated o Strong time management skills o Good communication skills o Strong fashion and styling sense o Must be able to accept critique / feedback o Excellent communication and problem solving skills o Ability to prioritize and multi-task o Team building skills Currently have F/T positions open.
Morning hours must be flexible with days according to store needs.
