Essential Job Functions:
Understanding project scope, delivery, reporting, and matrix organizations Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Ability to independently manage assigned projects, report on status and present designs/ deliverables Interact directly with customer on a regular basis.
Qualifications Bachelors degree, preferred engineering 3-5 years project management support and/or ownership (technical project management preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project 2010 is required Proficiency with TeamCenter is a plus Experience developing and managing complex processes Secondary Job Functions:
Execution within multiple services Develop internal work instructions to ensure repeatability Cross-functional teams Geographic re-assignments Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Presentations and customer report generation and delivery Personal Work Attributes Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills are required Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, and organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great interpersonal and networking skills Ownership and accountability for responsibilities Typical Career Paths Managerial Leadership:
