Job Description:
-------------------------- Duties include running the Flood calculator.
Must have a good understanding of company policies and procedures with regards to Flood Insurance.
Must have the ability to recognize non-compliance issues and effectively communicate these to the appropriate parties.
Requirements:
--------------------- Job requires a minimum of one year mortgage industry experience.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
Able to work in team environment and independently; self-motivated and deadline oriented requiring little supervision.
Good analytical and reasoning skills, excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
