RN Care Coordinator This is a professional nursing position responsible for Care Coordination to children with special healthcare needs/chronic illnesses in a high volume office.
The professional must exhibit effective communication, courtesy, respect, and understanding when dealing with patients, co:
workers, and staff.
This position reports to the Senior Registered Nurse Supervisor.
Detail documentation in medical records and medical record software.
The professional must be dependable.
The tasks for this position are not limited to:
Monitor the child's and family's progress towards accomplishing treatment goals.
In conjunction with physician and social worker evaluate need for protective action for abuse/neglected children.
Performs other related duties as required, so that the total needs of the child and family are met.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Knowledge of nursing principles, practices and techniques.
Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Ability to participate in the planning and implementing of treatment for patients.
Ability to work with patients having a variety of physical or emotional problems.
Ability to plan organizes and coordinates work assignments.
Ability to analyses complex reports and determine the service utilization habits of clients and to evaluate the appropriateness of that utilization.
Must be proficient on Microsoft Office.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
