Legacy Vacation Club is looking for a dynamic PBX Communications Operator to join our team - is that you? POSITION SUMMARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Answer high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Understand and practice all of Legacy Vacation Club's Front Office Standards Manual and effectively perform, The Six Principles of the front office.
Assist with all late check-ins for all Legacy Vacation Club resorts.
Complete transactions in RCC as necessary.
Respond to emergency situations according to procedures in all properties.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience:
3 to 4 years customer service experience in hospitality environment required.
Computer Skills:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements:
Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
