Customer Service - Collection Professional
Essential Job Functions:
Resolve portfolios of consumer debt through effective preparation, rapport building, coaching/negotiation and call closing.
Develop effective collection strategies by using available resources to analyze each customer's information and financial situation.
Perform duties with honesty, integrity, and in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern our industry.
Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
Skills/Knowledge/Education:
High school diploma/GED.
Proficient with PC based internet/software applications; ability to learn new technologies.
Communication skills utilizing active listening.
Prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Salary:
Hourly / Plus a competitive bonus program that can pay you on all collections starting from the first dollar collected with no quota.
$250 sign on bonus eligible after 90-day of employment.
Excellent benefits package available after 60 days of employment.
