Director, Human Resources/Diversity & Inclusion(Paid Membership Site) - Leading Media and

Responsibilities Act as key partner to internal domestic and international partners in furthering Disney s commitment to diversity internally as well as externally through strategic community memberships, partnerships and outreach Manage WDP&R Domestic Diversity council, Diversity Resource groups and act as WDP&R representative on the Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence roundtable, aligning and implementing global workforce, workplace and marketplace diversity and inclusion strategies with WDP&R business.
This role can be based in Anaheim or Orlando.
Basic Qualifications Minimum of 7 years leadership experience Proven track record in diversity and inclusion or related HR functional area.
Demonstrated passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion including inviting diverse perspectives, fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting workforce diversity Proven experience leading and influencing at all levels within the organization Proven experience leading with integrity, passion and courage Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to successfully drive large scale organization initiatives and gain their commitment and support Proven ability to work effectively with many cross functional internal and external partners Proven ability to think conceptually and strategically while maintaining a results driven approach Demonstrated strong analytical skills, business planning, and integration skills Demonstrated strong consulting, written and verbal communication skills Proven experience leading with integrity, passion and courage.
Demonstrated strong budget, problem solving, organizational, and project management skills Proven familiarity with international business and broad cultural competence Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed Preferred Qualifications Proven experience working with external organizations and consultants focused on diversity and inclusion Demonstrated ability at driving large scale change efforts in well regarded and admired companies Proven experience working in a creative environment Proven strong background in public speaking Preferred Education Masters in Business Administration Required Education Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field Source:
