Managers Shift Coordinators JOB REQUIREMENTS Driving sales and profitability Local restaurant marketing Selecting and training team members Leading a team to achieve goals and objective Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting standards for all hourly positions EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
2- 5 years restaurant management experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Must complete and pass a background check and random drug testing as a condition of employment.
