The Corporate Office of Pita Pit Inc. is looking to hire Regionally Based Field Operations Specialists (FOS) to be based in Florida. Our Mission is to promote growth and success within the franchise system through: Educating, Communicating and Assisting franchisees while upholding the integrity of our brand and our company. The FOS will oversee a number of Pita Pit locations in his/her market, training and coaching each location, assisting in operations, growing sales and striving for increased profitability, all while working towards fostering a strong business relationship with our franchisees. Qualifications: Ability to exemplify the passion and customer service Pita Pit was founded upon 3-5 years of experience working in a food/restaurant franchise environment with the ability to influence internal and external decision makers. A self-starter with organizational skills and work ethic. Experience in relationship building, conflict resolution, business analytics Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business, marketing and financial principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes Multi-Unit experience preferred Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Technically adept and full utilization of Microsoft Office A four year degree or equivalent work experience Must have the ability to travel into and throughout the region and assigned territory, and is a road warrior Compensation: Annual Salary; Bonus Structure Benifits: Health & Dental, Paid Vacation, Computer, Cell Phone, Professional Development ABOUT PITA PIT: Since opening its first restaurant in the U.S. in 1999, Pita Pit Inc. has continued to be one of the fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant franchises in the country.
