Provide world class customer service to members and guests
Greet members, answer phones according to established guidelines
Be proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the members to workout
Provide tours to potential members and demonstrate a good understanding of all memberships offered
Contribute to the team and support the company policies and goals
