The candidate will provide a significant amount of counseling to human resources, responding to administrative charges, reviewing and/or drafting employment policies, reviewing bonus plans, negotiating and drafting employment agreements and other employment-related agreements (i.e., independent contractor, confidentiality, non-competition, etc.), conducting wage and hour audits, overseeing responses to subpoenas, and overseeing outside litigation, including responding to discovery demands, attending depositions and/or trials and resolving cases.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
