The candidate will work closely with company s General Counsel and handle a wide variety of legal matters, including contract review, corporate governance matters, securities matters ( 33 and 34 Act), real estate matters (leases, brokerage licenses, etc), employee benefits and compensation matters (employment contracts, equity plan/grants), insurance matters and litigation defense, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and supervision of outside law firms with respect to all of the foregoing.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
