Provide guests with food and drink, accompanied by friendly, attentive, and gracious service. The Server is responsible for being thoroughly familiar with all food and beverage items and also for having a working knowledge of table service, cash control, and suggestive selling techniques.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Guest service and interaction
Greeting the guests
Effectively use suggestive selling techniques
Proficient in all POS system functions, including timing / firing orders and checkout procedures
Handle all cash and credit card transactions for guests according to company policy
Thorough knowledge of all beer on the menu, food items, and daily specials
Thorough knowledge of coupons, promotions and special events in the pub
Insure that every food and/or beverage that is prepared is properly accounted for on each check
Inform the proper team members (manager, chef, etc.) of any needs or inefficiencies that affect dining room performance and ultimately, the guest.

Running Team Side work
Closing Team Side work
Say thank you and goodbye to all guests as they leave the bar and/or the restaurant and invite them to visit again.
Assist other departments as necessary

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:

Mathematical Skills:
