The candidate will assist attorneys and paralegals through the performance of complex secretarial duties requiring a knowledge of legal terminology and the legal process. Should preferably have 3
years of experience as a litigation secretary in a law firm or corporate legal department environment. Additional experience in the areas of bankruptcy and financial services litigation is preferred. Should have excellent secretarial skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling, basic math, and punctuation. Must be proficient in MS Word and use of transcription equipment. Typing speed of 55
wpm (70
