Marketing Coordinator

Work Location: Downtown Orlando Administrative Office
Skills and Knowledge:
REQUIRED: Creative out of the box thinker; digital marketing and traditional marketing; social media management, marketing, and optimization; blogging; foundational understanding of design concepts; general understanding of the latest SEO and SMM best practices,
PLUS: Writing press releases; public relations knowledge; digital media creation; familiarity with the multifamily industry
General Description: Coordinate marketing efforts including general marketing, social media, and events coordination.
Liaise With: The executive team, management, clients, prospects, and vendors
Primary Objective: Coordinate all marketing related initiatives to drive anticipated growth in existing and new markets capitalizing on our digital marketing initiatives and optimizing our social media strategy.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support team goals and objectives
Develop a fundamental understanding of company brands, functions, and capabilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, and SEM
Assist with content creation and management (websites and social media properties)
Coordination of events, artwork for ads & social media, and collateral materials
Research, filing, inventory
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a team player that takes initiative and requires minimal supervision. At least 3 years marketing or social media management experience required. Strong foundational understanding of evolving marketing and social media practices. Strong knowledge and experience with general software applications, with the ability to learn new software products. Strong understanding of web-based software applications. Can work in a Mac environment. Basic understanding of design concepts. A freethinker that can contribute ideas for continued growth and expansion is preferred. Multifamily industry experience is a big plus.
Salary and hours are based on the initial 90 review. We are seeking someone ready to grow into a larger role with the company and will adjust based on contribution and need.
