The Director of Legal Affairs, is responsible for managing legal aspects of commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating complex commercial and real estate agreements, including international agreements and providing advice and guidance for operations and licensing. The Director of Legal Affairs is also responsible for legal negotiations, drafting and interpreting intellectual property agreements, third party management agreements and handling transactions and other general legal matters as they pertain to the company. Manages complex commercial and real estate transactions, including drafting, interpretation and negotiation of complex contracts and agreements, including third party service, intellectual property, licensing, management, sponsorship and other legal documentation, and dispute resolution with contracted parties with various company entities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
