This individual is
responsible
for supporting the analytic needs of the Rewards program and enhancing the CRM, direct marketing and multi-channel business initiatives by providing the marketing team, the Digital Team, and senior management with knowledge based, customer focused insight from the data warehouse and marketing data mart. Also responsible for the data management of our loyalty Program.
Own the process of driving actionable and outcome-focused insights from data collected across different sources including customer transaction data, website usage data, customer feedback, surveys, etc.
Use tools like Microstrategy, Cognos, SQL Databases, Google Analytics, Surveys, Usability Tests, Competition Analysis, etc., to regularly produce reports, dashboards, and other decision making tools for the marketing and senior management teams
Learn about customers' behavior and make data-driven decisions for marketing initiatives, with the goal of always maximizing Return On Investment
Audience analysis, segmentation, optimization & profiling all customer data
Serve as Subject Matter Expert regarding performance and consumer data
Develop standard reports that provide producers, marketers, and management with consumer specific statistics required to track performance against objectives; and determine what types of recurring access needs are present.
Develop business user -friendly tools for access by non technical staff
Provide on-going and ad-hoc analysis and translation of data to support direct-to-customer, CRM and direct marketing strategic vision and program development/evaluation and evolution
Apply various data modeling techniques to mine the database in identifying trends and data outliers that suggest new marketing opportunities and provide interpretations of data
Identify opportunities to improve CRM strategy and programs
Partner with development team to ensure database development and capabilities
Train and mentor analysts on database content and usage as well as ensure the database is appropriately leveraged by the business
Coordinate operations between departments.
Provide employees with tools and supplies needed for success.
Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support and representation of the department.

MINIMUM
Bachelor's degree: Business, Economics, Quantitative Methods or a related field
5 - 10 years of professional work experience which includes 3 years of experience in Consumer Database Marketing analysis
Proven experience creating custom reports and analysis from data warehouse environments to meet cross functional business requirements
Strong analytical, analysis, and data interpretation
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal
communication
skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading and writing.
Comprehend professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
