Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join the corporate legal team! The Assistant General Counsel (AGC) will report to the companys Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and will play an integral role in assisting the Legal Department to fulfill its mission to actively manage regulatory and operational risk. The AGC will work closely with the CLO on assigned corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives and will assist with government and internal investigation matters when necessary. The AGC will also provide senior and field management with direct and effective legal advice and hands on support and
services
concerning a broad spectrum of matters affecting the business in the ordinary course, including contract review and negotiation, labor and employment issues, risk management and insurance coverage matters, and litigation management, The AGC will engage and oversee outside counsel concerning such matters when outside advice is needed.
